Some photo options require a reliable internet connection with speed of at least 1MB. Where internet is not available, digital files will be placed in queue and processes once internet becomes available. If we are unable to deliver immediately on site due to lack of internet availability, the photos will be placed in a queue and processed by the provider after the event concludes. These will be delivered to the client within 48 hours.

Yes, a reliable power source at least 15 feet from the photo booth is recommended.

Yes, we offer additional hours at a rate of $250 per hour, but this fee must be paid in full before any additional services are provided and is subject to availability based on our booking schedule.

Our flower walls are 8ft x 8ft and our regular backdrops are 8ft x 7.5 ft.
